By accessing or using SmartLedger Pro ("the Service"), operated by Anfaal ProjOps ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SmartLedger Pro is a web-based financial tracking application that allows users to record income and expenses, generate reports, view charts, and export financial data. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You are responsible for:
Free Trial: New users receive 30 days of full access at no charge. No credit card is required during the trial period.
Paid Subscription: After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Polar.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Current pricing is displayed on our website and within the application. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payment processing is handled by Polar (polar.sh), and their terms also apply to payment transactions.
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into SmartLedger Pro. We do not claim any rights to your data. You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature.
We store your data using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard security and encryption. However, we recommend maintaining your own backups of important financial records.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SmartLedger Pro is a financial tracking tool, not a licensed accounting or tax advisory service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance purposes. Always consult a qualified accountant or financial advisor for professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anfaal ProjOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
